A Welcome From Ryan

I appreciate you taking the time to visit my corner of the internet.

My intention is devote this blog to my health and fitness lifestyle.

I'm active in crossfit, weightlifting, and running 5k's. I'd run farther but I get bored of it so about 3 miles is a good distance for me. It's enough to keep me healthy wthout the burnout.

I'm not a big shutterbug or anything but I do like to get outside in the early moring hours to take pictures.

I bring my small camera on my run and you'd be amazed at some of the things that you'll see in the light of the early dawn.

Today's hot news is that I stepped on the scale this morning and I have lost another three pounds. I credit the paleo diet as well as shaking things up a bit in the gym.
